    TaskQue is in the process of seeking certification of EU-US privacy shield. This will allow TaskQue to adhere to the Privacy Shield Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement for personal data submitted by our customers in countries where GDPR is enforced.   3. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS DISCLOSURE

    We do not sell user data to any third-party software companies. We have integrated third-party applications and tools that enable us to provide our customer great service, evaluate market trend in order to enhance experience and provide value to them. These tools are employed to continuously monitor TaskQue’s performance and make necessary changes that would help us in enhancing our application’s performance and enriching your engagement with TaskQue.

    Following is a list of all the third party tools that we use:

    Google Analytics: Includes Google Tag Manager to study AdWords related data.

    Facebook pixel: For retargeting customers. All data is anonymized.

    Google Analytics Event Tracking: User traffic tracking to evaluate our SEO and SMM efforts. All data is anonymized.

    Hotjar: A website tracking tool that helps TaskQue enhance browsing experience for our audience by understanding what they want, care about and interact with on our site. This entails employing heatmaps and tracking clicks. Data is anonymized.

    Zopim/Zen Desk: To entertain live customer queries and provide on the spot customer support.

    Inspectlet: Application tracking tool that helps in simplifying user journey and enhancing browsing experience.

    Dropbox: In app integration with dropbox.com for file storage.

    Google Drive: In app integration with Google drive for file storage.

    Apple Store: Push notifications on iOS mobile devices.

    Google Play: Push notifications on android mobile devices.

    AWS (Amazon Web Services): AWS hosts our production infrastructure. This also includes AWS Lambda.

    Stripe: Payment module.

    Slack: It’s for Collaboration, for the integration of TaskQue notifications in Slack.

  4. BUILDING DATA MANAGEMENT TOOLS

    Our data engineers are currently in the process of forging out tools that will allow you to perform additional data management actions. These include the following:

    Ability to permanently removing data from TaskQue

    Revoking access rights to third-party applications

    Allow users to download their data (information about Tasks, Projects, Documents uploaded, etc.)

    Creating privacy consent modal as per GDPR’s requirement
